Tu rol será clave para asegurar que los procesos del cliente sean correctamente entendidos, configurados y adoptados, generando valor real en la operación clínica y administrativa.trabajarás en conjunto con gerentes de proyecto, equipos técnicos y usuarios del cliente, participando activamente en todas las etapas del proyecto, desde el análisis hasta la estabilización.*principales responsabilidades* participar en el levantamiento y análisis de procesos del cliente (as-is / to-be).* configurar el sistema de acuerdo con los requerimientos funcionales definidos.* ejecutar pruebas funcionales e integrales junto con el cliente.* capacitar a usuarios en el uso del sistema.* acompañar el go live y el proceso de estabilización, brindando soporte funcional.* identificar y escalar riesgos, issues y desviaciones al gerente de proyecto.* documentar configuraciones, procesos y entregables del proyecto.* asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y metodologías de implementación.*perfil requerido (mandatorio)* título universitario en tecnología, administración, ingeniería, enfermería o áreas de la salud, o carreras afines.* experiencia en implementación de software o roles similares.* conocimiento de procesos de negocio, preferentemente en el sector salud.* capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación a nuevos entornos.* habilidad para seguir metodologías y lineamientos definidos.* buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.* manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de información.* disponibilidad para viajar (50% o más del tiempo).*experiencia y capacidades adicionales (deseables)* mayor experiencia en implementación de software con autonomía en la ejecución.* participación en configuración funcional y gestión de requerimientos.* experiencia en proyectos del sector salud (his / emr / tasy).* conocimiento de metodologías de implementación y/o gestión de proyectos (pmi, agile u otras).* capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades y relacionarse con distintos stakeholders.* experiencia liderando frentes funcionales o apoyando el desarrollo de otros consultores.* inglés intermedio*lo que buscamos*buscamos perfiles con orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica y enfoque en el cliente.
