the role of senior specialist – training is to design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that strengthen technical capabilities across operational staff. This position ensures workforce readiness and compliance with industry regulations while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
this position plays a critical role in organizational performance by leading structured onboarding, certification, and upskilling initiatives while supporting compliance with customer audits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, education, or organizational psychology, and 5+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in automotive environments.
the key responsibilities include leading the annual training needs analysis (tna) across all employee levels, designing and managing training programs for onboarding, technical upskilling, and leadership readiness, maintaining and overseeing the training matrix to ensure compliance with legal requirements, and supervising operational trainers to ensure consistency and instructional quality across shifts.
