### *the role*as a culture & communications intern, you will support the development and execution of clarios' employer branding and corporate brand strategy through digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and attract new talent aligned with our values and culture.## *what you'll do (impact areas)*### *social media strategy & content planning* develop a structured content plan (grill) for facebook, instagram, and viva engage aligned with employer branding and corporate communication objectives.* coordinate monthly and quarterly content calendars with hr, communications, and business stakeholders.### *content creation & production* generate multimedia content including photos, videos, quizzes, stories, templates, and branded assets.* conduct on‐site content gathering: filming, interviews, photo sessions, and coverage of events.* write captions, sequences, and short narratives that highlight culture, achievements, and employee experiences.* edit videos and images to ensure professional, on‐brand publication standards.### *publishing & channel management* execute content posting according to the established grill, ensuring timely and accurate publication.* monitor performance of posts and recommend improvements for future content strategies.* support engagement activities and internal campaigns on viva engage.### *benchmarking & creative research* conduct ongoing benchmarking of corporate and employer‐branding accounts (local and global).* identify trends, creative best practices, and inspiration to enhance brand presence.* provide recommendations to innovate formats and storytelling approaches.## *what success looks like*by the end of the internship, you will have:* increased visibility and engagement across clarios' social media channels.* strengthened employer branding through consistent, creative, and high‐quality content.* delivered a well‐structured content plan and maintained reliable publishing routines.* supported the attraction of new talent and improved brand perception among key audiences.* demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ownership of digital communication strategies.## *core competencies* creativity and storytelling skills* digital content creation (photo, video, editing)* strong communication and writing abilities* attention to detail and visual consistency* organization and time management* curiosity and ability to identify social media trends* collaboration across hr, communications, and business teams## *what you bring (qualifications)*### *applicable backgrounds:* students in communications, marketing, digital media, advertising, or related fields.### *preferred skills:* experience with social media management and content planning* basic photo and video editing skills (canva, capcut, adobe tools, etc.)* ability to craft engaging captions and visual sequences* understanding of employer branding or interest in hr communications* creativity and passion for storytelling## *work model & travel* on‐site* no travel required## *our commitment to you*you will support a strategic initiative that elevates clarios' employer brand and strengthens our connection with internal and external audiences.
