we’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on, experienced crm & compliance manager to join our leadership team!

about the role:
as crm & compliance manager, you’ll oversee our crm system, ensure lead quality, manage the crm and qa teams, and maintain compliance with u.s. regulations. You’ll play a crucial role in driving booking efficiency, follow-ups, and communication between mexico and the u.s. teams.
key responsibilities:
* manage daily operations of the crm system (lead flow, status updates, reporting).
* oversee lead quality control, lead follow-up processes, and back-office support.
* lead, coach, and manage the crm and quality assurance teams.
* ensure compliance with internal policies and u.s. telemarketing regulations (tcpa).
* maintain proactive communication with u.s. partners and management teams.
* monitor booking activities, follow-up tasks, and back-office performance.
* create and deliver weekly reports on crm health, compliance, and lead conversion.
requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in crm management, lead management systems, or call center operations.
* experience with dialing systems and crm platforms (salesforce, hubspot, gohighlevel, etc.).
* strong background in booking operations, hotel reservations, customer service, or back-office management (hospitality industry experience is a big plus).
* team management and leadership experience — must be able to manage, train, and motivate teams.
* call center experience (lead generation, appointment setting, or sales) is highly valued.
* excellent english (spoken and written) – required.
* highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
