Position summary:the position of project coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all media projects.specs:
work setting: on-site (from our offices in cuernavaca)
schedule: 9:00 - 18:00, mon - friresponsibilities:manage each project according to the clients’ needs.
Organize material and deadlines with external vendors & freelancers.
Deliver according to the deadline set for each file/project.
Compile and send clear instructions to vendors according to each clients’ requests.
Access, download, organize and check material.
Resolve any technical issues or doubts that might arise during the project.
Receive and verify files according to the standards.
Update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project.
Register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisorrequired skills:very good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure.required experience and qualifications:knowledge of the translation industry (audiovisual field would be a plus).
Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent related to languages, translations, audiovisual field or similar.
At least 1 year of experience on a related position.desired skills:computer savvy. (knowledge of any subtitling software is a plus)
