Senior project manager, healthcare market research | docdelta
docdelta is a data-driven healthcare research company built on one simple idea: better inputs drive better decisions. We work with leading consulting firms, life sciences companies, and investors to connect them with real clinicians and patients, delivering insights they can actually trust.
we're growing quickly, and we're looking for a senior project manager to help lead delivery across both surveys and expert interviews.
this role sits at the center of everything we do.
you'll own projects end to end, working directly with clients, managing fieldwork, and ensuring every study meets the quality bar we're known for. This is not a coordination role. It's ownership.
what you'll do
* lead end-to-end execution of healthcare research projects (quant and qual)
* manage timelines, quotas, and fieldwork across complex studies
* partner with clients on feasibility, sample strategy, and approach
* coordinate internally with recruiting teams and external programming partners
* proactively identify risks and solve problems quickly
* uphold a high standard for respondent quality and data integrity
what we're looking for
* 3–7+ years in healthcare market research, expert networks, or project management
* strong understanding of hcp recruitment, incidence, and feasibility
* experience running both survey and interview-based projects
* comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
* clear communicator who can manage both clients and internal teams
* someone who takes pride in getting the details right
