at nextiva, our commercial customer account managers help our customers grow their businesses and simplify their lives by selling our products and solutions.
nextiva combines communication channels to help businesses of all sizes to connect to their customers at the right time on the channel of their choice to provide amazing customer experiences and drive business results.
- this position will be 100% remote
- this role will support our us customer base, and a majority of verbal and written communication will be in english (please send us your resume in english when applying)
*responsibilities*:
- uncover prospects' needs
- identify and understand prospects' pain points.
- recommend solutions based on their needs.
*pipeline management*:
- create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your quota assignment.
- achieve at least 100% of the assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- maintain accurate salesforce records for pipeline delivery.
*execution*:
- deliver tailored demos of the nextiva solution, showcasing how it delivers desired outcomes.
- forecast accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- close sales effectively, utilizing persuasive techniques.
*account management*:
- maintain and increase existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- build and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.
*customer interaction*:
- manage customer interaction and track the sales process using salesforce crm.
- provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
*key skills*:
- english fluency (verbal & written) required.
- 3+ years of customer service, business development, account management and/or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- proficiency in salesforce crm and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ability to create and present compelling sales presentations and pitch decks.
- critical thinker who is fact-based and data driven.
- ability to understand and articulate key drivers and learn from the past.
