Skills & Qualifications
- Should have handled all FICO related integrations with PP/QM/MM/WM/SD/PS/PM
- At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation project on FICO
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP FICO and financial systems support
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting and Lease Accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and Lease Accelerator platforms
- Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid - onsite at least 3 days/week)
In your future role as SAP Finance Application Specialist (FI/CO Support & Integration), you will:
- Deliver solutions aligned with our global template design and architecture
- Be a trusted advisor to global controllers, supporting finance processes and compliance
- Drive SAP FI/CO projects and integrations with other modules (SD, MM, etc.)
- Ensure seamless system integrations with external platforms (focus on SD)
- Monitor background jobs to keep business operations running smoothly
- Translate business needs into SAP solutions, manage changes, and follow through to resolution
- Bring new ideas—support continuous improvement and stay on top of SAP trends
We believe you bring
- Full fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Informatics, MIS, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP FICO support experience
- Proven track record of support ticket resolution in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance integrations (SD, MM, and others)
- Vertex (taxation)
- Controlling, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems
- P2P processes (nice-to-have)
- Experience in 1st line support (ServiceNow)
- Willingness to work onsite in Mexico City at least 3 times per week

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the IM Delivery Manager based in the Netherlands.
