PM to help us build an exceptional Customer Fulfillment Experience (CFX) focused on External Fulfillment (EF) channels.Joining the CFX team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.
The External Fulfillment DEX Sr.
PM will be responsible for managing the fulfillment strategy for External Fulfillment channels.
They will also partner with operations, business and central teams, among others to accelerate speed and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.We expect this person to be a passionate customer and a business advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
The ideal candidate must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator working with cross functional teams across Amazon.
