About the Job
Responsibilities include:
- Identify patients and associate with the right account.
- Record accurate and complete messages when necessary.
- Upload and post the payment to patient's chart.
- Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality.
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR system
- Verify patient insurance information and update billing staff of any changes
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers, has strong organizational skills, and English speakers. This role will require technical skills that we will train them on.

**Requirements**:
- Admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 2 years of experience in a field working with English Speaking customers
- Fluency in Spanish and English
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

**Job Type**:
- Full-time, onsite position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mexico City Time.
Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
