About the role
we are seeking a skilled generalist in human resources to join our team. As a key member of our hr department, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management.
the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
* manage new employee onboarding process
* capture payment information in tress and workday systems
* attend and follow up on hr programs (coke event, cell of the month, perfect attendance, treats, birthdays, etc.)
you will also be responsible for applying disciplinary actions, capturing disciplinary actions in tress and kronos systems, and elaborating grades in both systems.

we are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and has a strong sense of ownership. You should be able to facilitate diverse topics, continuously improve processes, and have a customer-centric approach.
* you should have a clear sense of property and be able to collaborate comfortably with people from all levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.
* you should analyze and consider different resources to make honest decisions guided by the company's ethics.
requirements
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a professional career background, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably including leadership or a combination of education and experience
* proficiency in computer software packages
* desirable: english language proficiency
