* key responsibilities: - manages the project to accomplish the goals, objectives, and success criteria identified and agreed to in the project charter - understands and utilizes methodology and tools to manage the project life-cycle - leads the project team; mentors individual project team members - works with the project team to ensure there is a single integrated plan for the delivery of the project that is agreed, realistic and achievable - identifies and allocates resources necessary to complete the project; clearly communicates project team roles and responsibilities - manages and controls day-to-day aspects of the project including but not limited to the integrated project plan, resources, time, cost, scope and performance.
