this position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success.

job requirements:
- bachelor's degree required.
- advanced english proficiency, verbal and written (c1/c2 level or equivalent)
- previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus.
- extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- proficiency in office/productivity suites (e.g., google workspace)
- knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
- demonstrated ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.
job responsibilities:
- be the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the relationship to ensure top-level support and client satisfaction.
- handle client onboarding.
- professionally manage all client support communications via email.
- provide website cms (or platform) training to new clients.
- review website content during the build and provide suggestions.
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and in a timely fashion thus driving client satisfaction.
