In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to operations, leading the comprehensive management of personnel, ensuring compliance with the federal labor law, and promoting a productive, safe, and positive work environment for all employees.
key responsibilities:
- monitor and analyze key hr indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
- coordinate talent acquisition processes, labor relations, internal communication, employee onboarding, and recognition programs.
- design and implement wellness initiatives, cultural and sports events, and employee appreciation campaigns.
- ensure full compliance with labor regulations regarding working conditions, disciplinary actions, and health & safety.
- lead the annual employee engagement survey and follow up on improvement action plans.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- advanced english.
- strong knowledge of the federal labor law.
- strategic mindset and solid experience managing hr kpis.
- intermediate to advanced excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
