what you'll do
* execute daily and weekly production plans to achieve factory output targets with consistent quality.
* monitor real‑time progress, identify bottlenecks early, and reallocate resources to keep production on schedule.
* oversee shift planning, role assignments, and coordination across stations to optimize production flow.
* lead and mentor production teams, resolve operational conflicts, and ensure strong communication with team leaders.
* track, document, and present key performance metrics such as throughput, rework, and scrap rates to management.
