Key responsibilities handle inbound and outbound calls withu.s.-based customersinenglish. Provide support regardingclaims, orders, and customer complaints. Performtelephone salesand follow up on assigned customer portfolios. Ensure achievement ofsales and service objectives. Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution. Coordinate with internal teams such assales, logistics, and technical service. Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems. Requirements education:bachelor's degree (required). Language skills: advanced english level (b2–c1) – mandatory. This is a 100% bilingual position; continuous communication with u.s. customers is required. Experience: at least 1 year of experiencein customer service and/or sales processes. Experience usingdigital platforms for buying and sellingis a plus.
