Job description:
we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our company's financial records and accounts personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to our financial accounts.
key responsibilities:
* develop and analyze annual business plans
* conduct cost analysis against standard costs/budgets
* execute and analyze monthly plant reporting
* track target costs and implement waste reduction strategies
* perform detailed budget analyses with the objective of eliminating wasteful spending
* monitor key performance indicators
* analyze and control investment programs
* lead product cost controlling efforts
* manage fixed assets, including depreciation and capitalization
required skills and qualifications:
* fluency in english
* ability to work independently and manage deadlines
* experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation
* proficiency in inventory control, reconciliation, slow-moving/obsolete materials identification, physical inventory, and cycle counting
* strong analytical and communication skills
* ability to extract insights from data and prioritize information
* advanced knowledge of ms excel and sap experience
* ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing company
* accounting standards and internal controls expertise
