Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Support controlling activities in plant operations, programs, or R&D areas.Assist in financial data analysis and consolidation for internal reporting.Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure data accuracy (“right first time”).Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.Support reporting activities using consolidation tools such as Essbase, Hyperion, or PBCS.Participate in cross-functional projects within an international or matrix organization.Provide financial insights and support problem-solving initiatives.Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and data consistency.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Minimum 1+ year of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.
3. Basic knowledge of consolidation and reporting systems (Essbase, Hyperion, PBCS, or similar).
4. Good understanding of IT systems and financial tools (ERP knowledge is a plus).
5. Fluent or intermediate-advanced English (required for international environments).
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
7. High attention to detail, rigor, and accountability.
8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to support decision-making.
9. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
10. Basic project management capabilities.
11. Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
12. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
