Customer experience ambassador
we are seeking a skilled professional to support seamless order flow, resolve complex issues, and enhance the overall customer journey.
* identify and assess customer needs; provide efficient solutions and follow through to resolution.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain information and resolve issues (order status, shipments, returns, quality concerns, etc.).
* monitor order and shipment exceptions; escalate and help clear blockers to ensure timely delivery.
* capture customer feedback and recurring pain points; collaborate with the team to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
the ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in english, both verbal and written, is required. Experience with customer service platforms and instant-messaging tools is beneficial.
