Role Responsibilities
- This is a contract-based, remote role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Estonia.
- The CTO will oversee the company’s technological strategy, lead software development projects, and ensure the scalability and security of all technical systems.
- Other day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with co-founders to drive innovation, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and identifying market opportunities to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate technology trends and guide decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with co-founders, partners, and technical teams
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to align technical initiatives with broader business strategies
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation
- Prior experience in startup environments or tech-driven industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field
Compensation
- Base: $0K/yr - OTE: $UnlimitedK/yr
- Base: 0% OTE - Variable: 100% OTE
- Fixed pay: No Base salary - Variable pay: Profit sharing + Equity (Common shares)
