you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
understand the challenges of each brand in the portfolio
build and lead collaboration and partnership with each brand in the portfolio in an omnichannel environment
define negotiation objectives in collaboration with the category management teams
define profitability objectives for each brand in line with company's commercial policy
ensure legal security for all agreements negotiated on an eme scope
ensure the listing negotiations as well as the legal formalization of new brands that will be entrusted to you
monitor the application of local agreements with all countries in the eme region
monitor the margin per brand and propose action plans if necessary
share internal reporting with the hierarchy and the european offer team
take ownership and implement the brand's development strategy

a degree from a business school or university
at least 5 years of experience in category management (selective retailing or retail) or in negotiation (selective retailing or retail).
good analytical and digital skills.
excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and desire to do the extra mile.
ability to find solutions in an uncertain and complex context, results oriented.
ability to be agile and adaptable in a european and omnichannel development context.
good oral and public presentation skills.
good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
ability to integrate effectively into a matrix structure.
organizational skills and thoroughness.
product knowledge is a plus.
