work you'll do/responsibilities
as a consultant at deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:
• end to end implementation: assist and execute full-cycle implementation of oracle cloud compensation module, from requirement gathering to post go live support ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• functional expertise: act as a trusted advisor and subject matter advisor (sma) on oracle cloud
compensation, providing guidance on system functionality, optimization strategies, and best practices.
• stakeholder management: build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing strategic
insights and ensuring alignment of hr system capabilities with broader organizational goals.

qualifications required
• 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• advanced english level
• previous experience with functional support or implementation in oracle cloud compensation or
benefits.
• experience implementing / supporting oracle cloud compensation in all phases of at least one full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, go-live).
• oracle hcm cloud implementations or compensation administrator experience.
• ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.
• experience in configuration in workforce structure (grades, grade rates, grade ladders).
• experience in configuration in grade step progression, salary basis, total compensation statement.
• experience in creating individual compensation plans, workforce compensation plans.
• ability to create and/or modify flexfields.
• experience in creating and/or modifying formulas.
• experience in creating and/or modifying compensation change statements.
• experience in creating and/or modifying eligibility profiles.
• experience in execution of compensation processes (workforce, base pay and gsp).
• experience in loading market data.
• ability to create and/or modify user defined tables
preferred
• oracle hcm cloud compensation certified.
