about the company: a community-driven group of media and marketing specialists is seeking a highly skilled professional to redefine and expand its content product.
the successful candidate will be responsible for evolving traditional social media and organic content into strategic, revenue-generating solutions that connect creativity, data, commerce, and performance.
* define the vision, roadmap, and architecture for the agency's content solutions (commerce, performance, branded, and ai-driven).
* translate client business goals into actionable content strategies that impact awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* partner with media, martech, data, and retail media teams to develop cross-functional solutions with measurable roi.
key responsibilities:
* lead the creation of commerce content products, including shoppable content, creator commerce, and retail media storytelling.
* drive data-driven creativity using insights, social listening, and ai tools to optimize content effectiveness.
* pilot and scale ai and automation initiatives for content production and personalization.
requirements:
* a minimum 7–10 years in digital content leadership roles, ideally within agencies, retail media, or martech environments.
* proven experience connecting content with business outcomes (sales uplift, engagement-to-conversion, performance metrics).
* a strong understanding of web design, ux, and front-end development fundamentals (ability to lead and challenge technical teams).
* a deep knowledge of digital ecosystems: social platforms, ecommerce, retail media, crm, paid media.
* familiarity with ai and automation tools for content generation and optimization.
* advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).
