responsibilities
* implementation of sap solution extensions for customers in assigned regions
* supervision of initial implementations and international rollouts
* development of blueprints and specifications
* mapping complex business processes in sap sd and mm
* collaboration with on-site project teams from customers and partners as well as internal offshore teams
* mentorship of team members on vistex/sap skills and consulting/communication skills
* establishment and management of team policies and procedures to meet department and organizational goals
