Only qualified applicants who are currently us citizens or lawful permanent residents authorized to work in the us without sponsorship will be considered.responsibilitiesproactively ensure that adm employees, visitors, vendors and contractors understand and comply with adm safety policies and procedures.support and engage in performance excellence activities in the facility.support the production departments in safety and quality, including audit compliance.align, deploy and execute the adm maintenance and reliability vision/strategy.manage and implement preventative maintenance and reliability activities.lead and support root-cause analysis processes within the maintenance team regarding failures, develop and execute corrective plans.develop, review, and analyze maintenance/reliability metrics and performance.assist production leadership in training operations personnel on proper operations, cleaning, lubrication, troubleshooting, and adjustments on production equipment.improve the storeroom and spare parts inventory to ensure needed parts availability.coordinate the maintenance program to schedule work with/around the production schedule.maintain an effective equipment history, work history, and preventive maintenance program using a cmms; ensure maintenance workis documented.manage ongoing maintenance and reliability projects (asset reliability and defect elimination).
lead people management and development including retention, recruiting and team engagement.identify training opportunities, facilitate trainings for maintenance personnel (precision skills, safety, work standards); provide ad-hoc technical support as needed.coach employees to reach their potential by providing effective, fair feedback.qualificationsminimum 5 years of supervisor experience in industrial maintenance management.
an engineering degree or qualification is a plus.strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels; courteous interaction with colleagues, vendors, and contractors.ability to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and equipment.electrical knowledge is a plus.experience with predictive and preventive maintenance tools and software; ability to train others.ability to train and mentor employees on mechanical skills and safe work practices.computer proficiency for purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication.ability to research problems, read diagrams, and follow written and oral instructions.knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions for the role.ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, bend/kneel, use tools, and work in extreme temperatures.flexible schedule, willingness to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours trouble calls, including nights and weekends.additional informationadm requires successful completion of a background check.
base pay offered may vary based on location and experience; overtime pay applies for qualifying hours.
the position is at-will, and adm reserves the right to modify pay and compensation programs.
pay range: $92,* - $172,*.
salaried incentive plan and annual bonus/long-term incentive may apply.
