supplier identification : recommends/supports the identification of new suppliers, coordinating with the relevant category team. Follows the process to qualify new suppliers in cooperation with supplier quality and engineering specialists.
negotiations : supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, terms and conditions, and feeds back recommendations for appropriate actions.
contracts : adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management and ensures that approved contractual terms are executed.
bid analysis : analyzes and evaluates bids within the scope to determine the optimal value.
sales support : supports bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information within the area of responsibility.
responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
your background:
bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, industrial engineering, or related fields
intermediate english level, portuguese is a plus
