**Position requirements and constraints (working hours )**:
- 48 weekly hours.
**Job description**:
- Entering or updating data into Geodis system to process shipments accordingly and keeping the service level of agreement of 2 hours since initial request.
- Create orders (CSOs & SSOs) in Zenith that were not interfaced via EDI.
- Upload special instructions if applies.
- Allocate the orders with the requested carrier.
- Process shipments to Europe in a dedicated system (DLS) to update the final delivery address.
- Process and validate orders in E-order platform.
- Perform data quality test and report requestors errors on a weekly basis.
- Keep the internal metrics on target.
