Objective of our Luxury Commercial Manager - Hospitality.
Lead the commercial strategy for the Luxury Incentives MICE segment, focusing on luxury groups. Prioritizing exceptional customer service, possessing extensive global knowledge of luxury products, and proven experience in personalized, discreet, and high-quality service.
Location: Mexico City or Monterrey Office.
Negotiating commercial terms, managing expectations, and ensuring service excellence.
Representing the company at global events in the luxury tourism industry.
Reporting and analyzing commercial results with a focus on sustainable growth and service quality.
Active promotion on social media, networking, and relationship marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in group sales within the luxury segment, in companies in the MICE sector, 5-star hotels, or luxury travel agencies, DMCs or MICE.
Integral knowledge of luxury products: destinations, hotels, exclusive suppliers, unique experiences.
Spanish: English: Advanced (spoken and written).
