Responsibilities
- Knowledge of LFT and RIT application, management of indicators.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
- Skilled at using Excel and verbal and written communication abilities. (English).
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
- Availability to rotate shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 4 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
