We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong analytical, solution‑design, and stakeholder‑facing skills to lead requirements elicitation and help deliver scalable, business‑driven Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep functional Salesforce expertise, hands‑on configuration, and close collaboration with technical teams and clients to translate complex business needs into effective CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements;
- Lead requirements elicitation, deep dive analysis and solution design processes;
- Develop user stories and to‑be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients;
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories;
- Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
- Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud‑based technologies;
- Configure Salesforce CRM as part of solution development according to business requirements;
- Maintain & improve legacy, mission‑critical components;
- Enforce data governance and build impactful reports/dashboards;
- Ensure completion of all project‑related artifacts, including functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, and test plans;
- Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training;
- Engage with the customer on additional requirements and business needs;
- Create/enhance new and existing user stories, high‑level business requirements, detailed functional requirements and associated process flows;
- Assist with the scoping and planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years as Salesforce Consultant – consultative approach, not just execution;
- Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand technical constraints and possibilities;
- Profound requirements gathering & solution design skills (able to challenge requests, find root causes);
- Hands‑on in complex Salesforce orgs with integrations, and legacy systems;
- Excellent English communication skills (stakeholder‑facing);
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment;
- Detail‑oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies;
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills;
- Experience documenting user stories and creating to‑be process flow diagrams;
- Ability to effectively prepare and maintain the main documents/tools to meet the project needs;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio;
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment;
- Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done;
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets;
- Agile/Scrum background will be an advantage;
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and languages such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript is optional but would be an advantage;
- Experience with API integrations and iPaaS tools (Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar) is optional but would be an advantage.
