The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in alignment with Grupo Diestra and Marriott International policies, aimed at increasing revenue volumes, profitability, and brand positioning of JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa.
This role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening relationships with key accounts, coordinating promotional efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans that maximize occupancy, ADR, and guest satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within luxury brands.
Fluent English (spoken and written) required.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Familiarity with Marriott Sales Systems (CI/TY, MARSHA, etc.) preferred.
Results-oriented, analytical, and client-focused.
