The team is rapidly scaling and manages a high volume of influencer‑focused campaigns for integral markets.Role OverviewThe Customer Success Manager will lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring exceptional results for clients and strong, ongoing relationships with influencers. You will serve as a key liaison between brands, influencers, and internal teams, driving campaign success, optimisation, and client satisfaction.
