overview
a site inspection manager oversees and coordinates site inspections to ensure that potential clients and event planners have a comprehensive and positive experience of the hotel property. This role is key to supporting the sales and events teams by showcasing the hotel’s facilities and services to secure future business.
what will i be doing?
* coordinate and conduct site inspections for potential clients, event planners, and travel partners to showcase hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and services
* analyze client needs to tailor site inspections and presentations accordingly
* develop strong relationships with clients during inspections to support the sales process and encourage future bookings
* collaborate with sales and events teams to align site inspections with current business strategies and marketing initiatives
* prepare and update site inspection materials, including presentations, brochures, and virtual tours
* manage scheduling and logistics of site inspections to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
* work closely with other hotel departments (e.g. Banquets, front office, housekeeping) to ensure readiness and excellence during site visits
* attend industry events and trade shows as needed to promote the hotel and generate leads for site inspections
* produce accurate and timely reports on site inspection activities, feedback, and follow-ups for sales directors and senior management
* respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to site inspections
* support and train junior team members involved in site inspection activities
* manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures
