Deployment Planner - MXCompany: Campari MexicoJob Location: Mexico City, MexicoReports to: Manager Supply Hub Planning Lead - MexicoPosition SummaryThe Deployment Planner is responsible for strategic and tactical planning of finished goods deployment across the distribution networks. This role ensures optimal product availability, inventory positioning, and service levels while minimizing cost and waste. The idóneo candidate will have strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, and experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable to own the deployment plan to ensure delivery of service, cost and cash metricsDevelop and execute deployment plans to move finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers and markets within Americas and globallyProactively identify supply risks and constraints; develop contingency plans to mitigate service disruptions and communicate proactively to build alignment and own issue resolutionAlign deployment strategies with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targetsMonitor and manage inventory levels across the supply chain to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescenceCollaborate with demand planners, production planners, and logistics teams to balance supply and demandPartner with customer service and logistics teams to ensure alignment on deployment priorities, constraints, and execution plansAnalyze service, cost and inventory metrics and identify opportunities for improvementLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for deployment‑related issuesUtilize ERP and advanced planning systems to manage deployment plans and inventory movements; own master data accuracy to ensure accurate deploymentOther duties as assigned to ensure efficiency of the supply chainQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a CPG or FMCG environmentStrong knowledge of supply chain networks in a manufacturing environment, inventory management, and logisticsProficiency in planning tools (SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.) and Excel/Power BI for data analysisExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and fast‑paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with S&OP;/IBP processesFamiliarity with global trade compliance and international logisticsLean/Six Sigma or APICS certification is a plusDiversity & InclusionAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
