the role
you will act as the strategic bridge between departments, leading the integration, evolution, and delivery of product initiatives across digital channels (web and app). This role owns the definition, prioritization, and implementation of all related requirements, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience within our digital ecosystem.
* you will need strong coordination, influence, and governance capabilities to guarantee high-quality and timely execution, in an environment where collaboration and negotiation are essential.
* you will define the product strategy, align and negotiate priorities, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.
* you will partner with developers, architects, and design teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, visually consistent, and user-centric.

* bachelor's degree or higher.
* experience with project management tools, design software, and content management systems.
* knowledge of agile methodologies.
* advanced english proficiency.
about you
* you should have 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, ux/ui, and/or technology integrations.
* you should have a proven track record delivering cross-functional digital projects in partnership with stakeholders.
