what you'll do:
- make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (cold & warm leads)
- present products and services in a clear, persuasive, and confident manner
- qualify prospects, handle objections, and move them through the sales funnel
- close sales or set appointments for our field representatives
- maintain accurate records and follow up through crm systems
- consistently meet or exceed sales and quality goals we're looking for: ? Bilingual english–spanish (conversational to professional level)? Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, call center, appointment setting, or telemarketing ? Experience as an opener, closer, or cold caller is required ? Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills ? Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented attitude ?
