Job SummaryThe Business Platform Operations level I is an experienced systems administrator eager to grow their technical skills on a global stage.
The adecuado candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and shifting priorities efficiently.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain essential IT operations including Marketplace Portal, Customer Pricing Tool (CPT), and DIMS requests.Manage enhancement projects and testing.Analyze client requests for portal customizations, coordinate with CLP Developers, and determine next steps.Provide portal demos tailored to potential clients' needs.Coordinate with B2B integration project stakeholders for catalog feeds.Perform portal administration tasks, including user and security group management, permissions, and policies.Handle additional projects and assignments as needed to meet department and company needs.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, System Admin, or related field.0-2 years of related experience.Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple demanding situations under pressure.Project coordination/management experience.Proficiency in spoken and written English.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of HTML.Experience in project management, application design, and integration.Experience with Microsoft O365.Knowledge of DIMS,.
