- The purpose of this of the Sales Manager Food Enzymes is to make IFF H&B; the partner of choice for Enzymes, cultivating and developing professional and productive relationships with existing and potential customers that help to reach strategic revenue growth and profit goals._
**Key Responsibilities**:
Account Management: Leading the sales process at the existing accounts, involving the relevant members of the internal team
Business Development/ Pipeline Management: Identifying and developing new opportunities
Market Assessment and monitoring: Evaluating the competitive landscape to develop a differentiation strategy
Internal House Keeping (Forecast, Deman Meetings, Credit/Collection
Identifies customers’ strategies, needs, and pains, as well as market trends and competitive environment, that could open new business opportunities or that generate risks for IFF H&B;
Is aware and understands the customers’ organizational structure, strategy, portfolio, performance, and market share, working continuously to strengthen her/his network at all levels within the customers’ organization
Develops and manages an evergreen opportunity pipeline, strongly focusing on advancing the projects that are in progress and continuously creating new opportunities by offering technical and commercial solutions to customers
Develops account plans for key customers, with specific growth and defense strategies for them
**Job Requirements**:
BS in Chemical Engineering or Food Technology
Technical experience in the Brewing Industry (3 years)
Sales/ Commercial experience (3 years)
Fluent English
