Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory employees, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
- Handle daily administrative work of the factory, such as office supplies management, meeting arrangement, and document filing.
- Conduct external communication and collaboration in Spanish (e.g. with local government departments), ensuring smooth information transmission.
- Assist in resolving employee disputes, relying on local labor laws and regulations to protect both company and employee interests.
Job Requirements
- Spanish speaker; fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in factory employee recruitment; familiar with local recruitment channels and candidate assessment methods.
- Proficient in Mexican labor laws and regulations (e.g. Ley Federal del Trabajo); experience in handling labor disputes is preferred.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced factory environment.
