responsibilities
* collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources
* conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity.
* develop dashboards and visual reports that facilitate data interpretation for leaders and decision-makers.
* participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and human resources optimization.
* ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data.
* analyzing current hr processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
* maintaining human resources information systems, auditing data quality, and proposing business process improvements and automation.
* supporting the implementation of ai-powered tools to automate routine hr tasks and enhance employee self-service capabilities.
* documenting and implementing data workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
* partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, data structures, and reporting limitations.
* providing operational support for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance verification.
* assisting with mass data changes and system updates while maintaining data integrity.
* contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of people programs, policies, and procedures, while providing ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree (human resources, business administration, information systems, or related field.)
* master's degree (desirable)
* english (intermediate / advance)
* experience: 8-10 years of experience in similiar position
* demonstrate experience working with hr technologies such as workday and/or servicenow.
* display experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies.
* utilize automation tools and ai implementation in hr processes.
* apply project management methodologies effectively.
* understand global hr operations and compliance requirements.
* demonstrate experience in a high-growth technology company.
