lead the analysis of the current process of the spare parts business - value stream mapping
* forecast & ltcp projection
* capacity analysis
* production schedule
* schedule attainment
* delivery performance - shipping
* propose an improved process
* develop monitoring tools.
* document the results/updated process.

* teamwork orientation: be able to focus the efforts on an effective manner.
* communication: ability to communicate complex situations with clarity and structure on ideas and arguments.
* structure and discipline: be able to prioritize on a high stress environment.
* negotiation and influencing skills (with coworkers and cross functional teams).

education level required:
* currently studying a bachelors degree in: industrial engineering, international business, international commerce, or related.

* support scheduling department with the increase complexity
in the business unit.
* evaluation of capacity estimation of future volume.
