Senior Generative AI Filmmaker and Technical LeadCompany: Workspark - You will be employed by Workspark and embedded full time with a United States based performance advertising agency.Location: Remote - Working United States Pacific time hoursCompensation: $4,500 - $5,000 USD per monthAbout the role:We are looking for a senior generative AI filmmaker who can turn bold scripts into cinematic AI commercials that feel broadcast ready, not like test clips.You own the technical side of generative filmmaking.You guide the creative team on what is possible, design the workflow, choose the tools, maintain consistency, and deliver a polished final spot. You will work directly with the Creative Director and marketing leaders in the United States, in English, on regular video calls.This is a high responsibility role focused on quality over speed.What you will do:- Take finished scripts and break them into scenes that AI can generate.- Write detailed prompts for tools such as Veo, Runway, Pika or similar to produce cinematic shots.- Maintain character, environment and lighting consistency across multiple shots using seeds, control techniques or similar methods.- Advise when a script idea is technically unrealistic and suggest alternatives that will still land creatively.- Rapidly generate and iterate many candidate clips, then select and organize the best ones.- Assemble and edit the spot in software such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.- Perform color correction and grading so the final result feels like a real commercial.- Add or coordinate sound design, including voice, music and effects.- Track and optimize AI tool usage so full projects stay within reasonable credit budgets.- Stay current on new generative video tools and recommend upgrades to the workflow.Required skills and experience:Generative video expertise- Hands on experience with advanced text to video platforms such as Google Veo, Runway Gen 3, Pika, Sora, Kling or similar.- Strong prompt writing ability that you can prove with real examples.- Proven ability to keep characters, locations and style consistent across multiple clips.- Comfort generating and iterating through many clips to chase the best possible output.Post production and finishing- High level ability in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.- Experience with professional color correction and grading for a cinematic look.- Ability to mix dialogue, music and sound effects for commercial quality results.Professional background- Previous work using generative AI for real projects, not just hobby experiments.- Preferably experience in a production house, post production studio or agency producing short form spots or social campaigns.- Experience working remotely with creative teams and handling feedback in an organized way.Communication- Flawless spoken and written English.- Confident on video calls with United States based creative leaders.- Able to explain technical limits and options in simple language.Working style:This role is a match if you- Think like a technical director, not only an editor.- Enjoy partnering with creative directors to shape scripts into AI ready plans.- Are patient and methodical and willing to iterate until it feels right.- Can set realistic expectations on time and cost and then deliver.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura3 años de experienciaIdiomas: Inglés
