We are seeking an experienced engineering recruitment specialist to lead our recruitment efforts.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in the engineering and technology sectors, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role involves not only sourcing and attracting candidates but also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters in their efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technology
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Fluency in English is highly preferred
- Experience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantage
