Administrative coordinator job description
this role involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to front-line operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling escalated or complex issues, coordinating team activities, and supporting supervisor or manager activities.
key responsibilities:
* handle escalated or more complex customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
* coordinate team activities and those of agency contract staff to ensure seamless operation.
* support supervisor or manager activities by providing administrative support and guidance.
* maintain accurate and organized records of invoice registers, duties, and taxes, airway bills, customer files, and all other related paperwork.
requirements:
* high school degree or equivalent.
* three (3) years experience in billing or accounts receivable and/or 18 months experience as a billing clerk.
* excellent customer service and communications skills (oral and written).
* clear and articulate speaking voice.
* light typing (35 wpm) and experience operating a crt.
* word-processing and spreadsheets experience a plus.
