Group Trucks Operations
Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group’s manufacturing of Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks, as well as engines and transmissions. We also orchestrate the spare parts distribution for Volvo Group’s customers globally and design, operate and optimize logistics and supply chains for all brands. We count 30,000 employees at 30 plants and 50 distribution centers across the globe. Escolaridad: Lic. Comercio internacional, Negocios internacionales y/o Aduanas. (Recién Egresados).
Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio).
Objetivo de la posición: A poyar en las actividades administrativas y operativas de l os especialista s en Customs & Trade.
Actividades:
- Realizar funciones de administración para procesar documentos en los diferentes sistemas Volvo.
- Apoyar en despacho de embarques, Inbound y Outbound, importación y exportación.
- Brindar el soporte para despachos de las mercancías.
- Apoyar en la revisión de pedimentos y liberación de operaciones de aduana.
- Colaborar en las cuentas de gastos de Agentes Aduanales.
- Verificar la actualización de las bases de datos/ Captura de Datos.
- Ayudar al seguimiento a reclamos ante compañía aseguradora.
- Seguimiento con Forwarders, agentes aduanales.
- Apoyo en elaboración de reportes y KPI´s.
- Seguimiento a discrepancias con almacenes general.
- Apoyo en Depósito Fiscal y PROSEC.
- Apoyo en la Gestión y Administración en Auditorías para OEA.
- Merceología, Fracciones/Clasificación Arancelaria.
