Internship border crossing dispatcher
job summary:
the internship border crossing dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the operations team in the proper document management of the b1 fifth-wheel driver fleet. The main function will be to ensure that the required documents are complete, audited, and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
main responsibilities:
1. prepare documentation for the b1 fifth-wheel driver fleet.
2. perform basic audits of documentation to validate accuracy and compliance.
3. manage and control the delivery of documents to the corresponding area.
other responsibilities:
4. carry out other tasks/projects related to commercial operations as assigned.
requirements:
5. proficiency in english.
6. availability in the afternoons.
hours:
monday to friday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
7. saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
8. student of international trade, international logistics, or a related field.
9. strong communication skills.
10. at least 1 to 1.5 years remaining to complete the degree.
