Availability to work with mixed schedules (every week will have different days off and office hours), availability to work on the weekends (at least 3 per month), availability to cover at least 3 night shifts per year (No negotiable) We focus on offering the first level support for Voiceline problems (Incidents, Service interruptions) as well as working on the production defects and vulnerabilities that are continuously being discovered in our services, doing the analysis to find the root cause, code changes, validations, and release process.
