Overview
we are seeking an experienced oracle fusion plan to fulfill (ptf) functional consultant to join our dynamic team.
the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plan to fulfill business processes within supply chain & inventory modules, costing & manufacturing modules along with sla structure of costing module, material issues and month end close processes with a very good understanding of devops methodologies.
responsibilities
development and support of fusion ptf processes and solutions.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
implement practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of post go live operational support
stay updated with the latest fusion technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
meet project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed
analyze oracle fusion enhancements/change requests and support activities
coordinate with team members within fusion along with solution architects and other edge applications teams to address any integration issues between ptf and other values streams/integration areas
drive for continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible
follow jci major incident management process to address any critical issues (p1/p2) by engaging right teams
required skills
bachelor's degree in engineering or information systems or equivalent
8+ years of overall experience within oracle fusion and oracle ebs erps
proven track record within plan to fulfill, costing and manufacturing space within oracle fusion erp
expertise in oracle fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within plan to fulfil (ptf) business processes
hands on experience within oracle fusion erp
ability to communicate with technical teams as well as business audience
exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influence and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties
excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment
preferred skills
oracle cloud certifications.
experience with agile methodologies.
knowledge of additional oracle modules.
