additionally, they will convert information into easily used text and graphics, support audio and video production, and translate ideas/concepts into objectives, outlines, and plans.this requires excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills, as well as basic problem-solving skills to address challenges in learning design and development.
the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in instructional design, business administration, information technology, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
they should also have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, procedure writing, and/or multimedia content creation, as well as demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as camtasia, adobe creative suite, and articulate 360.
