Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of at&t products or services to meet customers' needs. Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account. Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue. Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution. Products offered, telephone services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer directv, internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses. Type of sales: upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change what you'll bring:
* advanced english fluency to engage with u.s. customers
* experience using a personal computer and microsoft office products is a must
* 1 year of sales experience. (or excellent communications skills).
* ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm cst, monday to saturday (considering daylight saving time & holidays)
